WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF REPS AND SETS? +

A rep is the number of times you perform a specific exercise, and a set is the number of cycles of reps that you complete. For example, suppose you complete 10 reps of push ups. You would say you've completed "one set of 10 reps."

WHAT IS A "SUPERSET"? +

A superset is a combination of one exercise performed right after the other with no rest in between.

WHAT TO DO IF I CAN'T FINISH ALL THE REPS REQUIRED FOR AN EXERCISE? +

TWO OPTIONS. You can stay on that week number until you master the exercises and number of reps OR you can continue with the workouts each week using resistance bands and progressions. We recommend staying on that week until you can complete the set reps and sets.

I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER, CAN I STILL DO THE PROGRAM? +

Of course! I was a beginner too and this is how I and other Bodyweight Built members got started. What better time to start than now?! Beginner to advanced athletes will benefit hugely from the Bodyweight Built programs.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A CERTAIN EXERCISE? +

No problem! There are videos for each exercise- over 100 clips! So if you don’t know how to do a certain exercise, or just want to make sure you are doing it correctly, click on the name of the exercise you want to look at in the video exercise library.

DO I NEED A GYM TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM? +

No, the programs are designed so that you can work out anywhere without the need for standard gym equipment.

CAN I STILL KEEP MY GYM MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PROGRAM? +

Yes, that’s entirely your choice, a gym will still provide you with a place to complete the program if you prefer to do it there. However, as the program doesn’t involve weights or machines, the only thing gyms may benefit you with are if they offer pull up bars/dips bars and/or resistance bands.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I BECOME A BODYWEIGHT BUILT MEMBER? +

As a member you will get customised advice, specific/individualised calorie intake and a training program with 4 individualised workouts per week to suit each member’s personal goals in terms of fat loss or muscle/strength building for the next 4 weeks, private Facebook group to interact with other members and keep each other motivated, access to bonus content and recovery/rehab ideas, skype check in’s with your Bodyweight Built trainer as well as recipe and snack ideas added regularly.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? +

You need to stop automatic subscription payments within your Paypal account.

DO I NEED TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT TO DO THE PROGRAM? +

No, normal everyday equipment can be used to complete this program, if you wish to do it solely at home you could purchase a pull up bar that fits above your door way for example- other than that, benches, chairs, local parks, outdoor exercises stations have everything you need. You may also wish to buy resistance bands to help/challenge you (depending how you use them). If you are interested in purchasing a home pull up bar or resistance bands we recommend ……
